Support Group Details
The York prostate cancer support group meets up four times per year at York District Hospital. The group offers the chance to meet friends and family of others who have had or are dealing with prostate cancer and all its related issues. Our catchment includes visitors throughout Yorkshire. There are also healthcare professionals on hand, specialist urology nurses and occasional guest speakers. Our usual meeting time is on Monday 5.30pm to 7pm.
There is a car park at the hospital that requires payment between 8.00am and 8.00pm. There is free parking for 20 minutes drop off bays at the emergency department and at the front of the hospital main entrance.
